Naming your imported APIs or wallets can help you manage your accounts more efficiently, especially if you have multiple APIs or wallets in one integration (e.g., You own multiple Solana wallet addresses). This guide will walk you through the steps of adding or editing your API or wallet names.
Note: All steps below can be completed on the Accounts page.
Add a Name Before Importing an API or Wallet
Before importing a wallet, enter your preferred name in the Wallet Name field.
Before importing an API, enter the name in the API Name field.
Add or Edit a Wallet Name After Importing
To add or edit a wallet name after importing, click the three dots on the right side of the wallet address and select Edit.
Enter the name in the Wallet Name field and click Update Wallet Name.
Note: Leave the Enter Wallet Address field blank.
Add an API Name After Importing
To name an imported API, click the three dots on the right side of the API and select Nickname.
Enter the name in the API name field and click Update API.
Edit Existing API Name
To edit an existing API name, click the three dots on the right side of the API and select Edit API name.
Enter the new name in the API Name field and click Update API.
Remove a Wallet or API Name
To remove the wallet/API nickname without assigning a new one:
Click the 3 dots beside the wallet or API
Click Edit / Edit API name
Delete the existing name and click Update.
