Summ Binance Survey — Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Terms and conditions for the Summ Binance Survey prize draw: eligibility, promotion period, prizes, winner selection, and privacy.
1. The Promoter
The promoter is CTC Ledger Pty Ltd (ABN 53 655 951 812), trading as Summ Labs ("Summ"), of Office #14, Level 22, Salesforce Tower, 180 George St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia ("the Promoter"). Questions about this promotion can be sent to [email protected].
2. The Promotion
This is a free promotional prize draw run to gather product research. Entry is by completing the Summ Spanish Binance survey ("the Survey"). The promotion is a game of chance; winners are drawn at random. No skill is involved.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open only to individuals who:
received a personal invitation to the Survey from the Promoter (you must be on the Promoter's distribution list; the Survey link is not public);
are tax residents of Spain; and
are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion, are not eligible. The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A paid Summ plan is not required. Holding a free Summ account does not affect eligibility or chances of winning.
5. Promotion period
The Survey opens when your invitation is sent, on or about [25 June 2026], and closes at 23:59 (Madrid time, CET/CEST) on [28 June 2026] ("the Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.
6. How to enter
To enter, complete the Survey via your unique invitation link during the Promotion Period and submit a response to every question. Entries that do not answer all questions, or that are judged to be junk or non-genuine responses, are not eligible. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Entries are deemed received when recorded by the Promoter's survey system, not when submitted by the entrant.
7. The prize
There are ten (10) prizes. Each winner receives €50 in cash, paid in euros via PayPal. The total prize pool is €500.
Prizes are not transferable and not exchangeable. To receive payment, a winner must provide a valid PayPal account; if a winner does not provide valid PayPal details within the claim period, the Promoter may redraw. If payment by PayPal is not possible, the Promoter may pay by an alternative method of equal value. Each winner is responsible for any personal taxes that may apply to their prize.
8. Winner selection
Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on [1 July 2026] at the Promoter's office, Sydney NSW, Australia. The draw is conducted electronically using a random selection method.
9. Notification and claim
Winners will be notified by email to the address associated with their entry by [notify date]. A winner must respond to claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification and provide a valid PayPal account for payment. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not claim (or does not provide valid PayPal details) within that period, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw, subject to any applicable law.
10. Privacy
The Promoter collects entrants' information to run the Survey, conduct the draw, and contact winners. Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Promoter's privacy policy at https://summ.com/privacy-policy. Survey responses are used for product research. The Promoter will not publish an entrant's personal information without consent, except where required by law or to satisfy a regulatory record-keeping obligation.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion, from any delay or failure in paying a prize, or from an entrant's use of a prize. Nothing in these terms limits any rights an entrant has that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory Spanish consumer-protection rights.
12. General
The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion if events beyond its reasonable control, or any matter affecting the fair conduct of the promotion, make it necessary, subject to any applicable law. The Promoter's decisions on all matters relating to the promotion are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights an entrant has under Spanish law.
