No, Summ (formerly Crypto Tax Calculator) does not file taxes on your behalf. It is a self-service tool designed to help you calculate crypto taxes and generate tax reports based on the data you provide.

Once downloaded, your Summ tax reports can be used to:

  • Manually file taxes with your local tax authority.

  • Share with your accountant for professional tax filing.

  • Upload to tax software (e.g., TurboTax, TaxAct).

How to Access Your Tax Reports

  1. Go to the Reports page in your Summ account.

  2. Check your report period, inventory method, and tax settings.

  3. Click Download reports to open the report menu.

  4. Download the reports in CSV or PDF format as needed.
